🚲 Upper Valley Bike Company Return Policy

We want you to love your ride. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — whether you bought in-store or online.

🏪 In-Person Returns

      • Timeframe: Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
      • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
      • Process:
        • Bring the item and receipt to our White River Junction, VT store.
        • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
        • Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value.

🌐 Ecommerce Returns

      • Timeframe: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
      • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
      • Process:
        1. Email us at info@uppervalleybike.com with your order number and reason for return.
        2. We’ll reply with a prepaid return shipping label (if eligible).
        3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
        4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

      • Final sale items
      • Gift cards
      • Custom-built bikes or special orders
      • Used or damaged merchandise
